Preveza Music School's Orchestra performed a concert entitled
Soundtrack / Film Music under the direction of Tassos Kolydas.
The event was held at the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Preveza, Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 8:00 pm
The event includeded compositions made ​​famous as a film soundtrack by American, British, Italian and Greek cinema.

cover-mitropoulos-proceedings-thumbThe proceedings from the conference entitled Dimitri Mitropoulos (1896-1960): fifty years later were published. The conference, took place at the Athens Concert Hall as part of celebrating 50 years since the death of Dimitri Mitropoulos, organized by the Athens Concert Hall, the Music Library of Greece "Lilian Voudouri" and the journals Musicology and Polyphonia.

Editors of the publication are J. Fulias, J. Belonis, G. Vlastos and T. Kolydas. The publication was funded by the Ionian University and published by Orpheus editions.

2011-mitropoulosTasos Kolydas presented a paper at the conference entitled: Dimitri Mitropoulos. The Conductor - The Composer held at the Institute of Musicology at the University of Vienna.

The international Journal of Interdisciplinary Music Studies published an article entitled Investigating instrumental repertoire following the technique of parataxis: A case study. Authors: Haris Sarris - Tassos Kolydas - Michael Kostakis .

The Journal of Interdisciplinary Music Studies published an article entitled Parataxis: A Framework of Structure Analysis for Instrumental Folk Music, written by Harris Sarris – Tassos Kolydas and Takis Tzevelekos.

The Conference Proceedings from the the Athens Concert Hall Conference entitled Greek music of 20th century opera and other performing arts are released. Among others the paper of Tassos Kolydas entitled Entrusting the leading role to the guitar for the performance of incidental music during the first postwar period; a historical – musicological approach is included.
