The lecture examines the content and the methodology of the teaching of Dimitri Fampas. It shows how the material he brought back from his travels abroad was immediately incorporated into his teaching, with more than 400 works in the 50 student concerts of the period 1958–1989, and describes an individualised teaching with a systematic way of assessment, which coincides almost entirely with the “Principles of Encouragement” of D. Dinkmeyer and R. Dreikurs.
