The 30th World Conference on Music Education of the International Society for Music Education (ISME) took place at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall on 15–20 July 2012, on the theme “Music Paedeia: from Ancient Greek Philosophers towards Global Music Communities”. The conference secretariat was run by the Greek Society for Music Education (GSME). Tassos Kolydas created a website and a newsletter for the conference, and supported the operation of the web server and the mail server.
